| - Let me start by saying that this vehicle purchase was unexpected. My wife was hit and our car was totaled out. After dealing with insurance for a couple of weeks, we were finally able to go start looking for a new vehicle. We had been to several dealerships looking. Less than impressed. We found a Kia at this dealership and decided to have a look.
My wife and I had to work on Monday (10/3), so my father in law went to take a look at the van. He explained to situation to the salesman (Bob, I think). The salesman was super nice to them and answered all his questions/our questions. When we got off work, my wife and I went down to look and test drive the vehicle.
Ciera was the salesperson when we got there. She was incredible. If I ever have to buy there again, I will try to have her sell the vehicle to me. She re answered our questions and made the overall buying experience not suck, which buying a car usually does. The finance manger was great as well when it was time to do all the paperwork.
It was nearly closing time when we got everything done and we never felt rushed or hurried. The one thing I would ask them to do, is fill the gas tank to full when someone is buying a car. I understand it was probably one of the porters responsibility to fill the tank, but it was only a little under half full when I took possession of the car. Overall, not a big deal, but would be nice.
Now, this part of the review is over. I will be making a trip the service department tomorrow for a tire air pressure light (yes the tires are filled to recommended levels). Hopefully, that will go as well as buying the vehicle.
