During weekday peak lunch hour there was 1 cook and 1 server in charge of the whole restaurant. The owner obviously doesn't care about staff just wants to squeeze every cent of profit. Poor server had to run around carrying food to over 15 ppl, and didn't even have time to clear the other dozen or so empty seats and tables of the leftover food from patrons who had left long ago. Cook is working his ass off cooking for those sitting down and for takeout orders. We had to wait 40min to get our order of two soups, which were mediocre.
