  • I screwed up really bad. I had the task of scheduling movers for my upcoming move, and I waited till the last minute. I called almost every company I could find on Yelp (well, more like 5) and almost every single company said they cannot help me move in the next couple days. Enter AZ On Time! The person on the phone, who I regret I forgot his name, was very nice and understanding of my situation. He set up my appointment right away and he also let me know the special that could apply to my move. We have the verbal agreements that everything would be okay on that Sunday! Now enter Lance and Travis. These guys were really helpful, they were able to start assessing the situation right away. They had all the tools necessary and there was no complaints about the complexity of my move, it turns out that my couch was assembled in such a way that it could not be taken apart. This was a La-Z-Boy couch with electric recline, so you know it weighed about a ton and a half. I also had a pretty complex headboard and footboard wooden frame queen size bed with boxspring and mattress which they were able to disassemble and reassemble perfectly. I could not have imagined possibly taking care of these items myself and I was very grateful that they knew exactly what they were doing. Despite the couch fiasco, which ate up a bit of time and got me worried about the three-hour window, Travis and Lance were able to complete the move (pun intended) On Time. Since the move out my previous location has not indicated any additional damages, and the new place looks just like I moved in (except with all my stuff in it). These gentlemen know exactly what they're doing and I welcome them back to move next time I may need to (I promise to get rid of that couch before than!) I highly recommend this company, especially with these two movers.
