rev:text	HORRIBLE place. I am using a different name only because I am still a resident and I have heard that they will find ways to try to rack up whatever fines and keep security so I will do it this way and will update as soon as I get my deposit back. Also, I have never written a review for anything online but this place is that unpleasant that I had to warn others I have already moved most of my stuff out and do not stay at this apartment. paying rent on time and will finish my lease the right way but I am so disgusted with this complex that I am now paying two rents !!! I have never experienced anything like this !! The complex is disgusting. The neighbors are all loud and drug addicts. I have seen some of my neighbors pan handling on the streets. It's dangerous. ( check out news article that there was someone murdered and kept in a trunk car a couple months ago , 2016) there is NO security.the kids are always outside screaming and not supervised. The apartment walls are so thin that I can clearly hear someone sneeze next door. The trash bins are dirty and never taken out which results in nasty smell. They don't maintain the dog park so during the summer the air smells gross. There are bed bugs , cockroaches , and stray cats everywhere !! The pool in the summer is closed often due to fixing. It will be closed for weeks at a time!!!!! We pay for internet and a couple channels on dish that don't work. We aren't allowed to opt out so we pay $40 extra a month for nothing. staff will respond that they are working to make things better blah blah but nothing ever changes. Oh , did I mention bed bugs and roaches everywhere? Check out people's pictures on these reviews- yes it is real and everywhere. The model apartment that they show you is nothing like what you will get. I have tried to talk to management about breaking my lease and was rudely laughed at, dismissed and walked away from. I have approached the situation being friendly and just wanted to sit down and see if there's any options. Come on Kara - you are a manager. Respect other people. She truly is a bully with how she communicates with people. the management staff is horrible !!!! And this new staff under new management. Property manager - Kara Shaw is very unprofessional , disrespectful. She had personally be littled me and even made an untrue comment in regards to my character !!!!!She does not know how to speak to people which makes the living experience that much worse. The other manager( forgot her name) was very dismissive and had no care in the world what I had to say. I can calculate that they will respond to this review saying sorry and if there's anything they can do then to come discuss my concerns to the office ( which no one is every available to help) or that due to not knowing who I am they can't help me. I have read the reviews and management keeps writing for them to come to office to discuss further or they strive to make tenants happy ! That is complete bull. They are just rude and miserable and sierra needs to get better management. There is so much more to say but I'll update a new one once my lease is actually done. I'm sure there will be more issues. I will personally tell everyone I know , work with , all reviews I can to tell people to keep away from this place. I would not wish this on anyone. Completely fooled for the location and cheap price. It is not worth it.
