  • These guys are amazing. My a/c broke down during the summer so my warranty company authorized me to go off the list and get someone to fix it immediately. I called the dispatch at around 8:30pm and she was very friendly. She mentioned that they were closing soon, but she was so empathetic to my situation (112 degrees with no a/c) that she called one of her technicians, Jimmy. Jimmy drove 15 miles to my home after his last job to fix my a/c in 10 minutes. He was friendly, honest, and the work was done to perfection. I had cold air blowing out of my vents in less than two hours during the late evening. Amazing. I will never use a different HVAC company as long as I am in Vegas.
