  • The new owners of Harley's are AWESOME. They are a true asset to this neighborhood. They are kind, considerate and the food is SO much better. I meant to update this review a while ago - and am sorry that I did not. I actually stopped using yelp for a very long time because the previous owner had sent me messages telling me he "knew who I was" and to not come back. I was pleasantly surprised to see when I opened up my account that Charolette had replied to my review when they took over the business. I do not live in Phoenix anymore, but if I did I would be a frequenter of Harleys. The food is once again delicious, savory, and always hits the spot for comfort food! The new owners are fantastic and brought a sense of community back to the neighborhood. GO to Harley's!! You will NOT be disappointed.
