  • If you are one of those pet owners that considers your fur baby as part of your family, then searching for the right veterinarian is sometimes tricky. This newly established animal hospital is a triple threat with its location, services and price. West Ballantyne Animal Hospital is located in the south Charlotte area of Ballantyne. The office is beautifully designed and decorated, from the soothing light purple walls to the wood feature wall behind the reception area, to the expertly designed exam rooms. You can tell a lot of time was spent in designing the space to maximize its functionality without compromising style. Dr. Linfante and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly and caring. I took our 1 year old puppy Coco in to be spayed. She was extremely nervous and Dr. Linfante's staff immediately recognized Coco's nervousness and ushered us into an exam room to help calm Coco. His staff went over all the paper work with me, went over the estimate of charges, and even offered me a cup of coffee. (When was the last time your veterinary office offered you a beverage?) Dr. Linfante went over the details of the procedure with me and gave me Coco's post-op care instructions. Coco was completely at ease with Dr. Linfante. His staff called when she was out of surgery to advise how she was doing and again called once she was out of recovery and able to be picked up. The office called to check up on Coco to make sure she was recovering well at home and to see if we had any questions. I highly recommend West Ballantyne Animal Hospital for your veterinary services. Give them a try. You will love Dr. Linfante.
