| - Like most of gay saunas in Montreal this place is more a miss than a hit. They did some renovations, re-painted the walls here and there, they created glory holes and a playroom but the place is the same old gay sauna of always. The customer service is bad, the Latino-looking guy should learn how to say "Please" or "S'il vous plait" to the customers, after all, his salary is paid by the customers who go to that hell hole. The crowd is very Montreal, everybody walks around posing and being dismissive to everybody. Now that Le 5018 is closed some of the geriatric crowd is moving here and learning the same aggressive attitude of the emaciated and tattoo-covered hipsters in their 20's, who believe they will never get old and will always have a firm body. The steam room smells like a sewage pipe and so does the dry sauna. The hot tub is clean and so are the showers but the rest of the place is as dirty as ever. So, bad and rude customer service at the reception, crappy crowd, lots of attitude, sewage smell in the facilities...what's to like about this place ?
