I have been asking for MONTHS what my options are for canceling my contract but still being able to use my credits. Every time I call my home store there is never a manager that can do anything for me. I'm told I will be called back but no one ever does. I've made in-person trips to the store and there is never anyone there that can assist me. Today I call and while who I spoke with was very pleasant (this is not her fault at all) I was told yet again that there was no one there that could make a decision and help me. That I needed to call back when a lead was on staff at 4 p.m. The last time I spoke to a lead they weren't able to make a decision for me either. I want what Hand and Stone does.... to be able to take my 7.5 credits at $50 each and use it for gift cards or product. I would even be happy if I could put my account on hold indefinitely until my credits have been used up so I can cancel ONLY after I use what I paid for. This is another option Hand and Stone offers to their clients. The only option I've been given is to give a 30 day notice and try to use all of your credits before the 30 days is up. That's crazy! I've been a member since 2009. That's approx $4,800 that I've given to this company over 7 years. All I'm asking for is to be able to use the $375 that I have on file.
