My husband took our 2000 Chevy Tahoe in to have the alignment done and an AC check on 06/21/2016. They didn't touch the vehicle until 06/22/2016 which we said was fine as it is a spare we are preparing to sell.
On 06/22/2016, they called and advised that some tubes on the AC lines were blocked and needed to be replaced. Given the age of the car and we had just replaced the AC compressor days before taking it in (was working fine) he authorized the repair.
Picked the vehicle up 06/22/2016 and was advised that they replaced the lines, but the AC still isn't working because the compressor isn't working. Funny it was just working and blowing cold air 2 days prior, but can't prove they blew the compressor. After driving the vehicle was obvious that the alignment wasn't done as indicated.
My husband called this morning regarding the alignment and suddenly it wasn't done because it needed a part, but yet they had no issue charging him for this service yesterday that they clearly didn't do. They are refunding the money.
After spending $240 yesterday only getting a $60 refund for the alignment, we are back to where we started. A completely non-working AC, and out of whack alignment and we paid them $180 to blow the $250 brand new AC compressor. If I could give them negative stars I would!
