rev:text	I have lived at Tivoli for 9 years!!! I have upstairs neighbors that are harassing me by making the most noise in one night that I have heard from all the previous tenants in the 9 years I have lived here. Contacted the manager Tiffany who told me that I need to have every incident documented and that after hours I was to call Tritan Security. So I did. They never showed. I called them 3 days in a 5 day period and they never showed up. My neighbors know that I live here beneath them because I've knocked and their door after listening to them stomp and pound away. So at this point it's pure and simple harassment. After living reasonably comfortable here for 9 years I'm about to lose my mind. I'm currently looking for a house to rent and breaking my lease. I just can't take it anymore!!! I'll let them take me to court for breaking my lease and they can explain to the judge why I was paying almost $1200 in rent for an apartment I couldn't even enjoy. And how they allowed my neighbors to harass me. The apartments are nice and have lots of cabinet space but the incompetent management ruins everything. Also the type of people they are letting in and the sloppy maintenance is giving the place a ghetto feel. They don't change the burned out lights in the covered parking. They mix match the panels of the garage doors that looks so, so ghetto. It's sad!! This used to be a well kept, beautiful complex. Time to move on. Take it from me, a 9 year resident, you can do better and for less the money.
