  • It was definitely authentic to the food I ate traveling in Vietnam. The Pho was spot on. The spring rolls were pretty close to how I remember them but then again no two spring rolls are cooked the same in Vietnam. The Vietnamese coffee was great, it even included the slow percolator. By the time I finished the large bowl of pho the coffee was finished percolating. Delicious!
