  • These guys were sent to be by Old Republic Home Warranty. First off, they were supposed to contact me. Never happened. Finally I called them. The first appointment was between 2-5pm. Guy showed up at 5:45 saying he tried to call and tell me he was running late. I hadn't gotten a call and come to find out they had my number written incorrectly. I asked them to fix it. They said they would call after they had the parts for my repair. They never called. A week later I finally called them. Lady said they had the wrong number, and for the second time I corrected her telling her my correct number. The second appointment was from 1-4pm. At 4pm no one had yet to show and I had a flight to catch so I had to leave. I was hoping they would call at least but I'm guessing they still have my wrong number down. At this point I'm not even sure I want to attempt a third appointment. If these guys can't fix my number the first two times I tell them that it's wrong I'm not felling so confident in their plumbing skills.
