  • I recently was at this location for eyebrow waxing. I told the store mgr and esthetician that's what I wanted. I lied on the down and closed my eyes and the girl put wax on my upper lip. I was so startled and upset. I couldn't believe it. She apologized but honestly how do you mistake that. She then insisted on waxing my eyebrows and they came out lopsided. The store mgr didn't even say anything except she'd do me the favor of giving me $3.00 off. Never again will I go back. I should have known the place was bad news when my work colleague complained of getting a facial rash from their threading service because the girl used a dirty towel. Beware of this business.
