  • Lucas knows how to treat his customers right. I spent over $3k in the past month at JV stores and when I had one concern about a purchase, Lucas bent over backwards to make me a happy customer without me having to put up any fuss. That's what customer service is about and it should be like that with the price of JV clothing, even if it is outlet prices. It's rare to find that kind of professional courtesy these days and for all of my future purchases I will contact this Las Vegas store , even though I have another JV outlet closer to me.
