I verbally cancelled with the staff and was told at the time that it was all good. Didn't get ANY communication for almost 4 months (no phone call, email, letter etc.) until a collections notice showed up in my mailbox for $400. Now I have to deal with the credit reporting agency and the collections agency to get it resolved.
Upon calling and talking with the assistant manager, I was treated less like a customer and more like a litigant. I suggest trying ANY of the other fitness options in the area unless you enjoy HOURS of credit clean up.
