  • The security guard was one of the nicest and most personable ones I've come across at a Ross. While shopping, there were a few employees that checked in with me, all were very smilie and friendly. Which was surprising for a Thursday night. You can tell that the don't dread going into work every day. The store was pretty well organized. The only reason I am deducting one start is the lady at the checkout was short and seemed more like a DMV employee than a happy Ross employee.
