  • The room was AWESOME...now, we were in an owned corner condo on the 39th floor with access to the balcony. It was truly amazing, the space, the view the amenities. Everything else sucked, the front desk staff were rude and not bright. The concierge is non existent on this side. The maintenance/engineering staff was again not bright. We had to call housekeeping twice and gosh were they slow. Our room was free, so that overrides a lot, but geez, the Plams Property is going down hill.
