  • Hired them to do a spot treatment, I was assured that they would restore/ re-secure the carpet... the Action employee rolled it back and said.. that's it.. once confronted he said I don't have the tool (kicker or stretcher) and that is not what we do.. I contacted the "general manager" and he basically said we are not going to complete the service.. I ended up finding a professional carpet installer and he had no issue restoring the carpet.. at additional cost. needless to say.. NEVER AGAIN... EVER!
