  • My husband and I have never had any issues living at Club Valencia. We've never had roaches, bed bugs or any critter problems. Just the few crickets here and there which are never a big deal. I am a clean freak and would not put up with roaches!!! Its quiet, but you have the regular noise from cars, which is normal no matter where you live. The staff is amazing and are always available when we call. Tomas has been nothing but helpful, extremely nice and professional! Brad is our go to guy! We had an AC issue and it was dealt with in a timely manner. Brad returns all our calls and answers all our questions. He is a great people person and always goes the extra mile for you! We are moving to a bigger unit in a couple of months and he has done everything and anything to make our upcoming move easy as it can possibly be! I can't say enough great things about the staff!!!
