So if you like healthy food and sandwiches, this might be your place! Just not for me.
Plenty of seating and a nice open atmosphere.
As for the food....It's good, not great, just good.
I think the food itself is missing something. It seems like many of the sandwiches are just a simple twist on old favorites, yet still lacking that over the top taste. Maybe it is because their food options/side options are all so healthy and it's just not my kind of food choice? I'm not sure, I just felt like something was off.
The side's I've had have been cottage cheese with 3 small sliced cherry tomatoes and a side salad of "mixed greens". Yeah....boring. I admire this place being super healthy with their options, but I can have a salad and cottage cheese at home any day of the week.
The bread options for the sandwiches I've had are pretty tasty. The West of the Andes Sandwich had a great "torta" ish bun. Real nice! To bad the the beef tenderloin was kind of rubbery (it was very flavorful on a good note).
The Knausgaard Sandwich reminded me of a Cuban sandwich...but I think I would have rather had a traditional Cuban. Very tasty fridge pickles!
I think if they made their sandwiches and sides a little more exciting/creative this place could be awesome.
The server was very polite and on the spot.
Parking is Willy street parking/side streets.
