  • I went to this location today and experienced the worst customer service of my life. I wanted to redeem my free chocolate covered assortment that I received after purchasing 3 arrangements. When the kid came out from the back he had an attitude from the beginning. I told him why I was there and his reaction was "ughhh do you want it now?" I told him nicely that if it was a problem I can pick it up later since I wasn't in a rush to get it. He rudely huffed again and said he was "going on deliveries and then wanted to close early". EXCUSE ME WHAT ???? So then I asked when would be a good time to come back. His exact response was "I have no idea. If you come and we are closed then we are closed." Seriously what the hell is that. This location has hours until 5pm. I'll never return to this store again because that worker was such a douchebag...I'm sorry that you hate your life working at Edible Arrangements :P
