  • Very unhappy with new policy!! I have been going to Rolfs for many, many years and seeing Ava for over 8 years. Best hair colorist and best haircuts I've ever had and I've been very happy at the salon. Until now. I just had my usual appointment at the new salon and as I was leaving Ava informed me that while she would continue to color my hair, she would no longer be able to cut it. It seems that management has a new policy of having separate colorists and cutters. I am profoundly disappointed with this policy. After 8 years of being very happy with Ava, I don't want anyone else to cut my hair!! I don't want to juggle time slots or break in a new hair stylist. I am looking for a new salon. Bad decision Rolf!!
