| - We had two gates which were installed 14 months ago. Warranty was for 1 year. The smaller gate has started to lean to one side due to lag bolts slipping. Lag bolts has been cut shorter. Installer asked my husband (according to their installer) at the time if he wanted new screws installed or just use existing lag bolts. We have no way to say yes or no since it has been so long for my husband to remember. Anyway, we are told that this would cost an additional $185 to have an installer correct the problem which, being that we hired them to install BRAND NEW and their installer chose to question the owner about "Gee sir, do we want to use old existing hardware to install this BRAND NEW gate, or should I use BRAND NEW screws to install BRAND NEW GATE". Hmmm, in my opinion had this been a $100 gate, very possible this option would have been the choice by the installer. Don't get me wrong, the product which costs us a little over $2000, was excellent quality, and the labor was included in the price, which I would question the quality of workmanship. So I recommend that if a person were to have a brand new fence and/gate, let them install with the proper equipment, and you verify on the invoice, whatever agreements made, be noted on invoice. I am unhappy with this type of business practice and I don't think I would recommend them to anyone
