As a tenant, the service from RPMLV Has not been great at all. Megan and Krystal have poor customer service skill, through the summer we have issues with our AC unit not working. I sent in maintenance requests and mind you it took a few days to hear anything back and nearly a week for any repair. Now in nearly 120 degree heat in Las Vegas peak summer, all they offer me is fans to help with the heat, and argue with me as to why I am upset. Mind you this has happened multiple times within a few months of summer. The only way we actually got any help or even a response was by contacting the owner directly. The owner has been amazing, and has done everything he can to make sure we are happy and comfortable in his home. Now they are charging me a $510 late fee for rent being late 1 month in 3 years of residing in this home. And a threatening text message of eviction and $50 fee for every time I contact the owner of the home. Unprofessional first of all, what happened to calling and discussing things with me the tenant on the lease? I haven't heard a word all month about the agreement made between my Boyfriend, the owner, and the RPMLV office, and my boyfriend isn't even on the lease! So disappointed in this company and a couple of the associates that we have had to deal with.
