  • Poor communication, the doctors repeatedly cancel appointments, they open early but try and get an early appointment, I work for a living, most of us do, I cant take days off until they are ready for me. I asked for a sister location , they were not interested in helping me. I had my previous dentist for 18 years, and the only reason I left is he moved to Bullhead City, so I know what quality compationate care feels like. It seems there are some nice people that work there ,and were nice to me , but the system in place will eventually bring down their moral.In writing this I feel worse for them, beacause I will eventually find a place that respects me.
