The staff, from the front desk, to the back rooms, are always attentive and courteous. Dr. Tiburcio is down to earth and will listen to your concerns. He will give you an honest opinion of work that needs to be done, what can wait, and what is not needed. He won't try to sell you things you don't need. I get a sense that he really understands what it's like to be in the chair, to be nervous, to be concerned, and how it feels to have a friend working on you. The staff at ADII are all my friends at the end of the visit.
