rev:text	I can't give this business any more what a ! mess better known as firstblue cactus nail. Hey yelp why the same place 2 names, I've been going regularly for 2mos and it was fine except the last time they wanted cash only. I said no I couldn't use the ATM ( conveniently located inside the business. ) Said they would refund the money I was charged by ATM. I still could not drag money from my credit card out of ATM. So this week the woman who was doing my nails told me my nails were old and she would have to replace ...12345 ( she counted for me,ugh )of them that she insisted had to be replaced. I only had 1 broken and I'll pay the $3, But I did not have time nor Did I plan to get a new set of nails today. I didn't ask her to guarantee anything I simply said to please fix the only broken nail and fill the rest or not do them and she said she WOULD NOT I am a middle class housewife not like I am hygienically challenged. And I have never complain I think they just wanted more money. So she said "sorry" I said Tell the owner because I'm not coming back. And she walked away. I was shocked and appalled disrespected and in disbelief. Of course she started shouting in Vietnamese and sure every Vietnamese speaking person there heard her and no one ( manager)? said anything to me. I paid the nice girl who did my toes and just left. And as I was leaving the parking lot I went to the next one by accident and found... A BEAUTIFUL BRAND SPANKING NEW NAIL SALON ALSO VIETNAMESE. I told the girl the story and she said she does what customer wants. That's better ! Luxury nail bar just east next lot from WM ON ELLIOT. SAME PRICES DIFFERENT PEOPLE BUT A VERY NICE . IT'S BRAND-NEW AND IT JUST LOOKS CLEANER AND MORE SANITARY. NAIL BAR IS WHERE I WIL GO NOW.
