| - Possibly the worst Loblaws around. The staff are slow, rude and dirty. I was in not too long ago and one cashier stuck her finger in her ear, wiggled it violently then reached into the till for money to hand me. There is a guy on the cash that is so slow, it's like watching paint dry, but at least he doesn't make snide comments about what I'm buying, which the one with the conductor hat does. I can't tell you how many times I've been in there when the cashiers are talking back and forth between each other, looking over my head, and complaining about the boss or some other issue. Really unprofessional
Another reviewer said it was like the No Frills, that's insulting the the No Frills! The one at Carlaw and Gerrard has a better selection. The staff are better, and the produce is fresher (I've found rotting food at the Broadview store on several occasions). My favorite part about this Loblaws is the smell of rotting fish when you walk in. Really inviting.
All in all, it's a horrible disgusting store, I'm not sure how Head Office lets them represent the Loblaws brand. I only go in if I have to.
