The employee turn over and lack of communication is a serious and consistent problem. I am a property owner paying them to manage a rental over a couple years and 2 different tenants. I stopped counting at 4 different property managers. You can't reach them by phone and when they assure you they will handle an issue - not only is it not handled but you have to repeatedly call/email to find out it is still an open item. When the owner finally steps in to resolve there is acknowledgement of issues yet over time it erodes again. I will not be renewing the management agreement after it expires this time regardless of the promises.
