They have horrible customer service, and the house keeping is limited. When I first arrived they claimed my room wasn't ready, then after pleading my case a room magically became available. That wasn't even the worst part about my stay, the surprisingly charged my credit card $250 smoking fee, and my guest and I did not smoke in the room. They don't even have a valid proof of any smoking in the room. Now when I try to get a refund the manager is never around to hear my claim.
