rev:text	I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We made reservations 6months in advance to our trip and booked a joining room and paid an extra fee to have the room guaranteed. Upon arrival we were told our room was still occupied and we could. It check in until 3:00pm. When returning at 4:00pm we were checked in and easy to get settled in. WRONG!!!!! Our rooms were not joining by any means. Talk about super upset. Going back down to front desk to speak with the front desk we were informed they had no joining rooms available for the night and we would have to wait till Monday until one became available. Requested to speak with the manager and he was a total asshole. He said we were pretty much stuck with what we got as a room until Monday. What a damn shame. Even after paying the extra fee for a guarantee we were very disappointed. This was our first time ever staying at Planet Hollywood and will be our LAST!!! Beautiful hotel but shitty customer service. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
