Located a few blocks west of Dufferin Station. In the dark this place is easy to miss because the signage isn't great, but i'm sure glad I found it! This is a super cute little bar with excellent food. Think wood, exposed brick, craft beer, and mussels.
Actually, I didn't order the mussels, but they sure looked good. I had a portobello ruben and it was delish - the perfect mix of cheesy-mushroomy goodness on rye toasted just right. NOM. Topped it off with 3 ciders and I was set for the night.
Most menu items were around $8 or $10, which seemed reasonable for the quality. The fancier beer and cider was around $7.50, which seems pretty standard.
Mind you, the service was pretty terrible. i'll forgive them because it was busy (although it was a Wednesday night... I can't imagine what a Friday or Saturday night would have been like). But at one point I really wanted to leave, but I couldn't because I could not locate my waiter... it was 45 minutes before we were able to flag him down.
