These people are lucky I'm giving them one star. I believe in customer service especially when it comes to your home or lively hood. I had a issue regarding some HOA fines (which I had already paid), the fees showed up on my monthly statement again so I then called the office and spoke to the manager Jennifer Paielli who was extremely rude, unprofessional and made me feel like some kind of liar. I tried to explained to her that I had a long conversation with someone in the office regarding the fines, I told her exactly what her staff told me and she basically said I was lieing and that her staff would never give me that information. In the end, I told her I was frustrated and wanted to cry and fix the problem and she made it seem like there was nothing she can do. I offered to send copies of my bank statement showing who the check was made out to and that it was cashed and her response was "Then do your dodilegence and send me that information". I don't know about you but that doesn't sound like a professional response to me. If I knew that's all they needed then I would have sent that information sooner but obviously they weren't trying to help.
Now I have a leaky ceiling so I have to deal with this staff again. I wrote them an email Thursday night June 11th and they sent someone out the next morning but it was an issue with the AC so the guy said he would call the office and talk to them so they can get someone out ASAP. I never got a call and now the ceiling in the laundry room is leaking. When I called the I office this morning June 15th the lady who answered the phone had the worse attitude EVER! I understand its Monday but I've been dealing with water coming through my roof and buckets being placed in two rooms now. Have a little compassion!!!! Someone really needs to teach these women the basics of customer service.
