  • This was such a joke. So I went to the RH in Scottsdale. They have this beautiful building with valet parking so you expect great service. Well the service was a bunch of snootie sales people that didn't want to be bothered. Seriously RH how are you going to stay in business like that. I walked in the store and their were three sales people talking amongst themselves. I was directed by one guy who told me to go upstairs if I wanted to see the different wood colors. So I went upstairs and there were two salespeople helping other customers. I stood there a while and then tried helping myself but was unsuccessful. Finally one of the the two sales people upstairs said are you doing alright and I said no I need some help so she called for help. Then the same guy from downstairs came up. It would have been nice if he had just walked up with me in the first place since he had no other customers. He took my order very quickly. I had to find him again and again to ask every question about my order like can I get a receipt? what is the return policy? etc. I didn't realize RH had changed how they do things. Nothing is in stock to purchase. Everything is either shipped by UPS or delivered at a charge.So I got a call today for delivery and they had my old address on file. The sales guy didn't even ask me about my address for delivery Thank goodness it wasn't just a UPS order because I would not have gotten a call at all I ended up purchasing a fair amount for a lot of money and then I went to go get a frozen yogurt for $4.00 where I was treated much better. Something is very wrong with this picture.
