| - I recently had my daughter's 3rd birthday here. It was definitely a fun place for all the kids and ADULTS to enjoy! Yes, adults are also allowed to go inside the bouncy houses and slides, imagine the joy in their faces when they found out they can be a kid here as well, even if it's only for a couple of hours!
This place offers 4 different party packages. The price depends on the amount of kids that are attending and whether you want the Party Package (shared with open play) or VIP Package (private). I chose the VIP Package with up to 20 children for 2 hours, but extended it for another 30 mins ($50 additional fee for every additional 30 mins). Final cost that I paid was $300 (deposit included) for 2 1/2 hours before gratuity. To reserve the place, you have to put in a $100 deposit, but don't worry, if you want to cancel the party, they will refund your deposit 14 days prior to your event.
I booked this place with the owner a month in advance and told him I wanted the bigger room for my party. There are two in their facility one is a big room and the other is a smaller room. Both rooms have additional tables where people can eat and also tables where you can serve your food. I was disappointed to find out on that day, that they just had finished painting the bigger room the day before and you can still smell the fumes from the paint. So I had to use the smaller room instead. Although there aren't any additional fees on which room to use, I just wished they were more considerate. Knowing there's a scheduled party the next day, they shouldn't have decided to paint ANY of the party rooms the day before.
My host was a guy named Antron, he was very helpful with the decorating, I brought some balloons and table covers for the party and he helped me set those up. He also made sure that we had ice in the pitchers for our drinks. He also helped us serve the cake to our guests which I was very thankful for. I just wished he was more friendly, if a "personal host" is provided as part of the party packages you'd think they will be a lot friendlier and happy, c'mon you're at a party full of happy guests, smile a little bit! :) Also, because you're paying for the time that you're there, you will feel a little bit rushed, not in a rude way, but you will just be reminded a couple of times by your host, when to serve the cake, etc. Luckily everything fell in to place, we served the cake when I felt it was the right moment to do so on OUR time. I asked the owner prior to my event about their closing time and he said to me if I wanted to extend my scheduled time it will just be additional $50 for extra 30 mins. If that's the case, no guest should feel like they are being rushed if they're willing to pay the fee.
Overall the place is perfect for parties. The kids will definitely enjoy it! I only gave this place 4 stars based on the circumstances that I have experienced. But for what it is, bouncy houses everywhere, and it's affordable prices, it's definitely worth checking out.
