The bad review is not for the sales staff as they were very polite and helpful at the Mesa Mega furniture store. The problem I experienced is with the warehouse when I went to pick up a replacement headboard. I drive a car that allows for more cargo space if the back seats are turned forward. Per the signed instructions I called the warehouse to get the box dimensions. First I was told by a person that said she was Ello that they didn't provide that information. I asked to speak with a manager and then she told me she would get them. She came back on the phone and said a pick up truck should take care of it. I told her that isn't what I asked. I asked about the box dimensions. She said the workers were at lunch and then she would take lunch and she would call me back at 12 noon. I explained that I was in Gilbert and had to be some place by 4 pm so I had to be at their warehouse at noon. I told her in case my car wasn't big enough I need to know the box dimensions before I got there. Well, I was NEVER called back!! I got to the warehouse at 12:24. My number was called 30 minutes later to get my headboard. One matter that's important to point out is when I went to the warehouse Ello said I was talking to Jennifer the supervisor and Jennifer was the person that said she would call me at noon. I said that when I asked the name of who I was talking to the person on the phone said Ello. Really?? What kind of supervisor does that to their employee? While sitting in the waiting room another person was upset as she had been waiting for a long time. The receptionist told her that they were taking care of the big orders first and then going to do hers. There didn't seem to be any awareness that all of the fact that this lady had been waiting there longer than the people that went there to get the big orders. Think twice when buying furniture at Mega if you plan on picking it up at the warehouse.
