  • Contacted them regarding a current Groupon for upholstery cleaning, they told me to skip the Groupon and they'll charge me the same price in cash. I agreed. They were SUPPOSED to show up between 2-4 (which I took a couple hours of my afternoon off for) ... they called me and let me know they weren't going to make that time that I could reschedule for hours between 4-6 or choose another day... although it was a Friday evening we chose go with the 4-6 option considering we bought the service AS A NECESSITY. Long story short, they didn't end up showing up at all.
