  • Will never by here again. My son and I went to go buy him a brand new MacBook we paid for it they put it in the bag came home when we came home we realized they gave us a notebook not the MacBook, so we went to exchange it for the right product. They charged us a 15% restocking fee when it was their fault that they threw the wrong product into the bag. Worse customer service ever even speaking after the store manager. We are out $180 for their mistake! The manager only offered to reimburse the stocking fee IF we bought from them. No way!
