Was lucky enough to take advantage of the Elite Week and we had an excellent time! I was grateful that I was able to bring my partner and his son (7 YO). The coolest thing about this was the insane climbing structure in the middle. Each level had something different for the kids (and kids at heart) to play with. Not all of it worked or was in perfect condition but it was clever and made the museum feel HUGE. I didn't realize it was only three levels until we were done.
We started at the top and worked our way down and each floor had something interesting and something not so interesting. The sound center was really captivating for quite a long time as well as the water area. I thought the Pirate Ship/Castle was adorable and wish I were the right age to have dressed up and played myself. My stepson loved lifting a car but he wasn't too much into the make believe and dress up aspects of the museum that were peppered throughout.
Overall I was really tempted to put 4 stars because I found a lot of the exhibit we kind of blew past from lack of interest, but I kept that 5th star because there was enough stuff to keep us there for almost 3 hours. Really great educational spot for kids and there isn't much like that in town. Kudos for the free parking too!
