Not a bad place especially if you're just starting out and trying to get into shape. Plenty of cardio machines for people to use and free weights as well. The only thing I thought could've been better was heavier dumbbells. When I went the dumbbells only went up to 75's. This is still solid but for the more experienced lifter they will more than likely be lifting more than that. Had TV's to also watch in between sets and exercises to keep you busy. Overall was a good experience.
