I've been coming here for quite a few years. They're great when there are no issues, but customer service is not excellent when issues do arise. I had a situation, called for assistance and was given incorrect information. The manager did try to appease me afterwards but I was still left with about a 35 dollar lost. I don't believe in the phrase, the customer is always right. However, when I call for assistance I do expect to be given complete and accurate information so that I can make an informed decision. Had I been given correct information, I would have handled the issue differently and I don't believe I would have had a lost of funds. My advice is if there is an issue make sure you speak directly to a manager from the beginning to ensure you are given the correct information.
