Dilworth grill is a modestly priced restaurant with decent food. (Not bad, not great).
Today we had one of my worst experiences in a restaurant.
1) the waitress did not know, or find out the rotating drafts.
2) today the signs all said $3 craft beer. So I walked into the bar, saw ballast pointe on tap, and we ordered that.
3) my mother ordered soup. It came out cold. She had to ask twice before they could get a manager to allow them to heat it up. Then they forgot to return it. It came after we had all finished eating.
4) I was billed $7 for the ballast pointe beer. When I asked about the craft beer special the waitress said it didn't ring up as a special. She asked if I wanted to talk to the manager. I said yes. The manager wouldn't come, but had the waitress tell us it is an expensive beer.(which might be why I ordered it on special).
See attached photos.
I brought 8 people here expressly because $3 beer is allot cheaper that $7 beer.
5) and to top it off the charges for the cold soup that took forever to reheat.
