Are you serious? I brought in a guitar to have set up because I wanted a nice professional tune-up before my show. Boy... was that a mistake. They told me it was going to be 4-6 weeks to do a setup that would probably take 10 minutes to do... (it was a hardtail with EASY access intonation screws on the bridge). I came to check up on my guitar because my phone was broken about 3 weeks after I turned it in and the so-called "Master luthier" is sitting on his ass doing literally nothing. Not to mention his rudeness when I asked about the guitar. (I'll call you when it's done, in a stern voice). I asked him about a guitar on the wall and he responded like he wasn't even listening to me. I came back another week later and there he is sitting on his rump doing nothing. I thought there was "all these guitars in front of mine?" If there are soooooo many guitars to work on, Why are you doing nothing Mister "Master Luthier'?
