  • Wow! I was very impressed with how the technician (unfortunately don't remember his name) handled my situation. I hired them based on their great reviews and here I am, leaving one myself. :) I needed dryer vent cleaning only and got a quote from the office for that service only. There was some miscommunication between the office and the tech and when he came in he cleaned the air ducts as well. (it was at a rental property so I didn't know about it till after the fact). When he called me for payment and gave me a higher amount I explained to him that I only needed the dryer vent cleaned. He immediately said that he'd only charge me the quoted amount and that I got my air ducts cleaned for free. No arguments, no trying to get more money out of me! I was very impressed with how he handled that! So I'll definitely hire them again!
