I have been a member since the opening of the studio more than a year ago. I have never been consistent with working out in the past, but I love the workouts and the way I feel afterwards.
I have found the front desk friendly and helpful answering any questions. They make an attempt to learn member names which is a welcoming feeling.
All the coaches do a great job motivating me during each workout. They do a great job suggesting alternatives if you are unable to complete a particular exercise. They are always willing to chat afterwards to discuss strategies to reach your goals.
This workout isn't just for the fit or young; there are all ages and varying levels of fitness at OT.
I do feel stronger and know I am in much better shape than when I started with OT. That being said, weight loss is also driven by your diet. The coaches have always made themselves available after class to discuss any nutrition questions.
