  • Absolutely a scam! I went with my boyfriend and a couple friends (5 of us total) purchase tickets online including the fast pass for all 3 houses and a time slot at 8:30pm for the zombie ride. We arrive at the park at 7:50... would have been a few mins sooner if we didn't pass it TWICE due to poor signage on where to go! We ask the lady directing traffic where we go if we already have tickets.. in which she tells us to the line where everyone else is they have to verify your ticket.. (so no point in buying ahead bc u have to wait anyway) get up to the line.... ONE window open and the line to get in is now starting to curve to the side bc it's now 40-45 ppl deep. After about 10-15 min wait they opened another ticket window. We enter the park at 8:05- and we're told bc our zombie ride was at 8:30 to head over there first... they mark our wrist band and point us in line- we stood there from 8:08-835 until we started to get upset that the line wasn't moving.. group in front of us said they had been there over an hour.. group in front of them said their time slot was at 8:00- excuse from the employees was bc the park only had one truck going and it seats 8 ppl! My boyfriend had left the line to go find a manager- "manager" told him that even though we have the time slots it still can take up to 30-40 mins, when we mentioned we had been waiting that time frame he said the only thing he could do was put us in the front of one of the lines. By this time it's after 9:15 and the park closes at 11 we wanted to make sure we got to the other houses- decided to come back to the zombie ride... went into epic first then the slaughter house... both were good jumpy and good props! Attempted to go into the third house ( since we paid for all 4, might I add ) and was told by the employee that at this time it's shit Down and won't be open tonight bc it not passing inspection, I completely agree not to have it open if it didn't pass-- but why let us pay for the attraction? My boyfriend went up to the ticket booth to see about a partial refund bc of the 3rd house being down and he was told ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS! We attempted to go back to the zombie ride at that point (nothing else to do, besides go into one of the house again) the lines were definitely shorter at around 10:00-10:15 but there was no order once the line met the loading dock- was 3 lines total that came to the same dock so there was a cluster of ppl just standing there- not even an employee at the front of the gate. Once again asked ppl that were already waiting in he cluster and they said they had been waiting 30-35 mins.. and with that comment we gave up- called it a night and left! Will not be returning
