  • Called AZ Flood after my washing machine decided to flood my entire house. AZ had someone at my house within an hour of me calling them. The guy they sent (Brad) was phenomenal he was on the phone immediately getting a crew and supplies to the house and started the water extraction process to limit the damage. He and his crew stayed late into the night pulling up floors and carpet and setting up dehumidifiers and I've 30 fans to dry the walls inside and out. Had it not been for Brad I'm sure the damage to my house would have easily been twice as bad. The next day Brad had the general contractor on site and both immediately started working with my insurance company to agree on damage estimates and fixes. I had to leave town the following day for 10 days and Brad continued to stop by everyday to insure the dryout process was on track. Was kept in the loop during my absence and received numerous calls/texts updating me on the status. When I got back I was met by the furniture movers and general contractors that Brad had set up and work immediately began on my home. Couldn't be more pleased with AZ Flood and Brad!!!! Would highly recommend!!!
