I agree with many comments about the frustration. Tried sending to Boston as they say they ship to US and have US site. Big joke! Very delayed delivery and no one seemed to know where order was. First part of delivery was damaged. When tried to have pick up of these goods truck would not come down street because of construction. There was ample room and they could have used hand dolly. When second part of order was delivered tried to have them also pick up the damaged goods but they would not, even with permission from company. They wanted me to stay home for another pick up of goods but I refused. How many hours can be wasted on furniture. Must have had 20 phone calls with incompetent staff. Thank you VISA for refunding my money for items not received in good order. Hope the damaged furniture I left at the curb found a good home.
Would like to support a Canadian company but ended up with West Elm table with no hassles! (Ps- structube emailed me this week to ask when I wanted to schedule my return. This is four months later--enough said! )
