rev:text	The employees here are very friendly and helpful. We came for an oil change and tire rotation and found them to be very fairly priced in comparison to other places we checked out first. The wait area is very accommodating with seating, a large tv and coffee station. We did not have an appointment but they ensured t would take about an hour and a half total to both wait to be taken and have our services completed. During our tire rotation, they found some tears & nails in the tires. Often I'm skeptical of car repair places when they show additional issues/charges but the employee took us to show us the damage on the tire and talked us through the options. About 45 minutes afterwards, they came to tell us they needed to DRIVE to a different store for the replacement tire. Which took an additional hour. (Im not sure why it takes 45 minutes to realize you don't have a specific tire????) Very frustrating that something that was supposed to take 2 hours at MAX took over 4 hours. At the start of our appt we even offered to run home to get a second car so we wouldn't be stuck there the whole time, but we're told it would only be 1.5 hours and they put our car up on the lift immediately. I'm disappointed in the lack of both updates during the 4 hour wait and the fact that our wait was WAY WAY longer than was ever necessary. I would still come here for a simple oil change, but if there's anything else that needs done, don't plan on being out of there quickly.
